Last updated: July 27, 2026
ICON AUTOMATION LLC ("ICON AUTOMATION", "we", "us", "our") operates the website iconautomationusa.com and provides software and services that help businesses manage engagement on their Facebook Pages — including moderating, hiding, and replying to comments and messages, and generating analytics and insights. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we handle data obtained through Meta's platforms, and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Facebook / Meta Page data. When you connect a Facebook Page, we access — through Meta's official APIs and only with your authorization — data such as: Page profile information, posts, comments (including their text and, where permitted by Meta, the public author information), messages and conversations, and engagement metrics such as likes, reactions, comment counts, and shares.
- Account information. Information about the users of our tool, such as name and email address, used to create and secure accounts and to provide access to the service.
- Access tokens. Secure credentials provided by Meta that allow our tool to perform, on the Pages you connect, only the actions you authorize.
- Usage and technical data. Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
3. How we use information
We use the information to:
- Provide the service: synchronize, display, moderate, hide, and reply to comments and messages on the Pages you connect.
- Generate AI-assisted reply suggestions and the automated replies that you choose to enable.
- Produce analytics and insights about audience sentiment and Page performance.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or the data of people who interact with your Pages, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling unrelated to the service.
4. How we use Meta Platform data
Data obtained through Meta's APIs is used solely to provide the features described in this Policy, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions needed to operate the features you enable, and we do not transfer Meta Platform data to any third party except the trusted service providers described below, acting on our behalf.
5. Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including cloud hosting/database infrastructure and AI text-processing services used to generate reply suggestions. These providers process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time (see sections 7 and 8).
7. Your rights and choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete your data, or disconnect your Pages, at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Disconnecting a Page revokes our access to it going forward.
8. Data deletion
To request deletion of your data, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page at iconautomationusa.com/data-deletion, or email [email protected]. We will delete the associated data within 30 days and confirm once completed.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and restricted access to stored data and credentials.
10. Children
Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
