ICON AUTOMATION — Data Deletion Instructions

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include the name of the Facebook Page(s) or the account associated with the data you want deleted.

Upon a valid request, we will delete the data we hold that is associated with your account and connected Pages, including synchronized comments and messages, metrics, stored replies, and access tokens.

We will process your request and delete the associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is completed.

You can also revoke our access at any time by removing the app or connection from your Facebook Page or Business settings. This immediately stops any further data access going forward.
